The Medical Library is open Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. Authorized personnel have 24 hour, 7 days a week access.Our
goal is to provide timely, cost-effective access to information
resources needed by healthcare providers to insure high quality
patient care and to assist them in reaching their professional
education goals. If you need clinical information, reference
and/or document delivery services, and provide healthcare to
people in North Idaho, you are invited to use our Library. If
you are a healthcare provider affiliated with one of the hospitals
of the North Idaho Rural Health Consortium (NIRHC), you may receive
unlimited services if you are in good standing with the library.
The NIRHC includes Kootenai Medical Center, Shoshone Medical
Center, Bonner General Hospital, Boundary Community Hospital,
Benewah Community Hospital and Benewah Medical Center. If you
are not affiliated with one of our hospitals you may still receive
services on a pay-as-you-go basis, if you set up a deposit account
with us.
